Julian Amezquita was born in Bogota, Colombia, and began his dance training at the age of 10 at the Colegio Jesus Eucaristia. Mr. Amezquita  joined Mestizo Dance Company in 2005. Julian has received formal training in Jazz, Classic Ballet, African Dance, Belly Dance, Modern Dance, Hip Hop, Samba and Colombian Flokore.  He has performed with The National Ballet of Colombia, Mezcolanza latin dance in Atlanta,  and choreographed for many groups, including La Salle Univertity; Colegio Jesus Eucaristia and Cooperativo High School in Bogota, Miss Latin Georgia 2004 in Atlanta as well Miss Hispanidad, Mis Chiquitica Latina, Niña Colombia and Miss Colombia Infantil in New York. Actually Julian is one of the choreographers assistant  in Mestizo Dance Company.
