Alexander Gonzalez was born in Cali, Colombia, and began his dance training at the age of  9 with Ballet Allegro. Mr. Gonzalez joined Mestizo Dance Company in 2001. Alexander has received formal training in Ballet,  jazz, Flamenco, hip-hop, and modern dance. He has performed in Colombia with Danzarte, Agrupacion Folklorica Raices de Colombia, Danza Espectaculo Univalle and Hotel Caribbean Village Fiesta and Centro de Artes Promenade in Costa Rica, and choreographed for many groups, including Ballet Danzarte, Hotel Caribbean Village Fiesta and Centro de Artes Promenade. Actually Alexander is one of the choreographer assistant in Mestizo Dance Company He participated on the following Festivals: Festival de tierra y cosecha – San Andres Colombia. Festival de la FEU – Habana Cuba. Festival Argentina Tango - Argentina. Festival Viña Del Mar - Chile.
